Excellent service from Help@Out

<p>Thank you to outsurance's Help@Out, for assisting me today. I had just finished a course, and found that my car battery was flat. I phoned help@out, and the call was answered immediately, without any holding and recorded queueing system ; I was assisted by the exceptionally friendly and helpful Merriam Mnisi who dispatched someone to come out and jump start my car. They notified me via sms of the updates regarding eta, and called to make sure that I was ok, 3 times. Thank you Merriam, you were amazing. </p>
