Excellent service from Daviya Pllay

My geyser element packed up recently so I logged a claim on Outsurance' webpage. I immediately received a call back from DAVIYA PILLAY who said I was eligible for Emergency Home Assistance and that she would arrange a plumber to come out to solve the problem. About 1 hour later I received a call from JJ Lourens Plumbing to ask if they could come out to diagnose the problem. Rodney was on site within the hour, drained the geyser and replaced the element before lunch time. I did not pay for the callout but just for the replacement element (R500), which is a significant saving, since no excess was involved either. Daviya then phoned me back to follow up to check that everything had been resolved. I am very impressed with her excellent, speedy and courteous service. I would recommend Outsurance to all home owners.
