Excellent Service from Claims Handler, as well as 2nd SP

Anja was super helpful - the 1st SP appointed, was to say the least, pathetic, but she very quickly sorted that out, and organised a new, super professional SP, who sorted our problem out. So shout out for Anja, who kept us informed, and followed up, every step of the way, from beginning to the end. Also for the 2nd SP who was super professional, and sorted a difficult problem out in no time - I will however, still write a complaint about the 1st SP appopinted
