Excellent service from Chaydene and Lerato

I was in an accident in April and started the claim process the next day. My claims advisor Chaydene was wonderful - she responded to every email efficiently and called me to answer any questions I had. When I asked to change panel beaters she ensured that was done as swiftly as possible despite the long weekend. Lerato in the legal department explained every step of the process and assured me the legal department would do their best to claim my excess from the party at fault and they have done so.
