EXCELLENT Service from Charlton Naidoo

<p>I just want to give a massive thank you to Charlton Naidoo from Outsurance who handled my claim. I was involved in an accident on 9 June 2017. I called outsurance 10 minutes after the accident took place while at the scene . My claim was handled by Charton and h e was awesome. He processed my claim within 10 minutes!!! He was VERY polite, asked to make sure I was ok, then organised a tow truck. Through out the day he kept calling to keep me updated with my claim. He also made arrangements for a curtesy car and it was delivered on Monday.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was then contacted by Leanne Forder from legal. She was super polite and professional. She explained what the process was with regards to recovering costs from the party who crashed into me. And she's keeping me updated as new developments occur.</p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I've received from OUTSURANCE.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep it up!</p>
