<p>Thanks so much to Bertie Lieberberg from Outsurance. He was such a start to get my ****** car relased from pound, and after all reworks etc. I still needed SAP docs to have it cleared. He went through all the trouble to go back to pound and have it obtained etc. Truelly a great asset to Outsurance.</p>
