We had our first Business claim with OUTsurance after an Armed *******. Honestly, we where expecting a delayed process but I cannot complement our claim assessor, Ataniel Thaver, enough.

He explained everything in depth on what we can expect as well as the time line for the completion of the claim. He over delivered and our claim was approved within 2 weeks.

He also went over and beyond by explaining our shortfalls on our policy and what we need to pay attention to. His response time is prompt and I received an update call with the progress of the claim.
