Excellent Service Francois

I was held up in my house that led to a ******* and contacted Outsurance to process my claim. Francois Van Heerden was appointed as the assessor to my claim. The service I received from Francois was beyond my expectations. He was extremely efficient and displayed such compassion towards me for what I have been thought. He went out of his way to process my claim fast and stayed in contact with me through the whole process.
