I would like to make use of this opportunity to personally commend the absolute excellent service that I have received from Monique Pretorius, one of your Outsurance sales consultants.

As I was recently in the process of acquiring a new vehicle, which would had to be insured, Monique assisted me with the process, she did excellent follow up work during the course of this process.

Monique was also faultless in sticking to the time's that we agreed upon on which she had to call me back every now and then to discuss the cover as to get it into place...as the process was quite stretched out over a couple of days due to the recent public holiday that we had on the 16 th of December.

The friendliness that she exhibited in the execution of her duties was contagious, she was also very diligent and made me feel very comfortable, leaving me with assurance that I knew everything was in good hands and properly specified regarding the vehicle that was insured.

As a final comment I would just like to thank Outsurance for the experience that I was provided, your consultant, Monique made sure that I sticked with the Outsurance family with the best possible deal and amazing service , she is truly an asset to your institution.
