Excellent service during a heart sore time.

My car was unfortunately a write off, I was so sad as this was my first car, involved in its first accident after 11 years, Outsurance handled everything so swiftly and professionally, within three days everything was resolved. On the last day that everything was being finalized I became very sad as this car has seen us through allot, I still told Sibongile Mohele, the Outsurance agent , that my poor car is sitting alone at the salvage yard and I didn't even get to say goodbye, I told her I sounded so stupid, instead of ignoring me or just agreeing , Sibongile said, no.... she is not alone, she will have lots of friends there at the salvage yard and this could be a good thing and a new fresh start. We sounded like such kids, but I started laughing. The compassion from Sibongile was amazing and she really made me feel better. I didn't have to do anything during this entire process, except to hand over my paperwork which was even arranged to be collected from me. Thank you Outsurance, changing over to you was the best choice.
