She is from the legal department involved with trying to reclaim your excess from the other parties insurance after an accident which was not my fault.. </p> <p>I was kept in the loop since day one and was informed that it could be a very lengthy process ..</p> <p>Today I received a call from Lindie to confirm my banking details as they had recovered my excess in full !!
