Excellent Service Delivery

I am very happy with Outsurance, and trust won back form a very unsatisfied customer a few months ago. Promise updated me always, making sure I am always in the know of what is happening from getting money back from another insurance company who's client was at fault when I was in an accident. She really went the extra mile and gave extraordinary customer service. I was planning on moving to another insurance as I lost my trust in Outsurance, but thanks to Promise, I will be remaining a loyal customer. Thank you so much Promise and Outsurance for getting the money and seeing that the correct person who's at fault pays. I am a VERY HAPPY customer.
