Excellent service. Submitting a claim was quick and easy, and I got a call back from the claims advisor, Palesa Lejwane, within minutes saying that I would get a full refund for my dog's vet bill, I'd just have to pay the fixed excess. I was refunded within a day or two. 4 stars instead of 5 because the fixed excess is not ideal for small claims.
