Excellent service by Outsurance advisor

<p>I have a 17 year old Bantam bakkie which I thought I was ppaying to much insurance for. All my other vehicles and household items are insured by Outsurance. As I have never had anything but excellent service from Outsurance with claims and road side assitance, I decided to give them a call regarding the bakkie insurance. The advisor who answered , Shireen Botha, was friendly and had an excellent understanding of the products Outsurance had to offer. She explained the difference between the products in the finest detail so that I could make the right choice between the fully comprehensive and essential cover product. </p> <p>Needless to say the fully comprehensive insurance was less than half my current insurance and even less than my current insurers balance of third party, fire and theft cover !!!!!!</p> <p>Well done Outsurance and thank you very much Shireen for the proffessional way you handled my questions and queiries.</p> <p>Len Huber</p>
