Excellent Service by Outsurance.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Outsurance for the exceptional service I received. On 16 June, around 11:00, I contacted Outsurance to lodge a claim regarding a geyser that had burst. I was assisted by Ms. Suzan Moreki, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient in handling my query. Her support set a positive tone from the outset.

Shortly thereafter, a technician from Icon Plumbing was dispatched to assess the situation. The matter was promptly escalated to the geyser service provider, Kwikot, as the geyser was still under warranty. To my pleasant surprise, a technician from Kwikot arrived the very next morning and replaced the geyser.

I am thoroughly impressed by the 24-hour turnaround time, especially given that 16 June was a public holiday and the coordination required the involvement of multiple service providers. This level of responsiveness and efficiency is truly commendable.
