Excellent Service by Mo

Mo has impressed me beyond words. He has fullfilled his commitments from the very first phone call. I had spoken to 2 other agents over the 2 weeks who both reneged on their agreements with me. This was very disappointing. Mo was my third time lucky charm :-). he was so friendly, professional, punctual, knew his product very well, he was honest and transparent. He was very customer centric and even remembered a personal commitment that I needed to attend to, hence ensuring that our call was fast and efficient.
