Excellent service by Kathy Govender

I've lodged a claim for leaking pipes. Kathy Govender gave us excellent service. She arranged plumbers quickly and at the end we've decided to pay the plumbers because our excess would have been too high. She was honest and it was just a pleasure to talk to her.
