<p>My car caught fire and was totally destroyed. The staff at Outsurance were extremely competent and helpful and the processes are very streamlined. They had arranged for the car to be towed away as soon as the firefighters had extinguished the fire and gave all the information I required telephonically and followed up with an SMS and a call.</p> <p>The assessor contacted me the following day and completed a thorough investigation in two days. The claim was settled in less than a week after the fire occurred. </p>
