Excellent service and feedback

My mom had issues with the geyser and the service providers were a bit lax in handling the situation. I spoke to Thomas Smit at Outsurance in the claims department and he was ever so helpful. My mom was extremely pleased with the service she received and said that he was very efficient in handling the situation.
