Six days ago my house was ****** and all items of significant value were ******. Sascha came to assess and validate the claim. She treated us with a great deal of respect during the entire process and confirmed earlier today that over 90% of ****** goods were authorised for replacement. <br> Natasha called earlier today to confirm our insurance and insured benefits going forward.
