Excellent Service and communication

I requested a call back for a household cover quote and was called back within minutes. I was in a bit of a hurry however the consultant explained everything I needed to know best as it could be. I was then transferred to change my physical address because I had relocated and to my surprise the friendly staff had advised me that the amount I was paying for third party cover was not at all far off for me paying for comprehensive cover. If I was never told I would have never knew. Thank you OUTsurance for the excellent service as my vehicle is now covered for full comprehensive cover. I would never change my provide as being with you for all these years has been nothing but a pleasure.
