Excellent service after MacBook damaged

A flooding incident damaged one of our company MacBooks. Dealing with Ashleigh Shaw at OUTSurance was a pleasure. We were kept up to date throughout the process - the assessors had to collect the MacBook, also dealing with the company sending a replacement once the MacBook was declared beyond repair. Excellent service all round.
