Excellent Service

I have never been in a car accident before this and I was clueless and thought how does one prepare for the hassles that are to come with claiming, but I was shocked at how OUT made this experience a breeze for me. From the moment the accident happened I felt at ease and relaxed as the consultant on the other line was very sympathetic and asked if I was ok and if I needed medical attention. I was on my way to daycare when the accident happened, my car was not drivable so thankfully I was taken to pick up my kids and we were taken home. To top it all up the accident happened at 17:05 and the following day at 10am a courtesy car was arranged and was at my gate, I think that's record time. Thanks to my advisor Sam Mokoana for his patience in answering my silly and often 'obvious-sounding' questions. The app also makes it easy to track the progress of the claim.
