Had a chip in my windscreen, called OUTsurance to confirm if this is covered, operator assisted me with the info and arranged for the claim to be processed. I am very happy with their service, not only was the service level excellent arranging the claim, the follow up and update emails were very welcomed. Well done OUTsurance, keep up the great work.
