Excellent Service

I don't often take the time to write reviews, but this interaction genuinely touched my heart and I feel it deserves to be mentioned.

I recently needed to arrange insurance for a vehicle that my ex-husband is purchasing. Because the dealership works with the insurance company, he initially spoke to one of their agents and explained that I had offered to add his vehicle to my policy to help him save some money.

The agent actually asked him, “Is this your ex-wife?” because, as he explained to me when he called, he had never come across a situation like this before. 😂

When he spoke to me directly, he was incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgeable, but what really stayed with me was the kindness he showed during what was essentially just an ordinary insurance call.

Before we ended the conversation, he told me that he thought I was a good person and that I had a wonderful heart.

He probably has no idea how much those words meant to me.

There is so much history and emotion that can come with a divorce, and sometimes you wonder whether the kindness you continue to show people is even noticed or appreciated. To have someone who knows absolutely nothing about my circumstances, who was simply doing his job, hear one small thing I had done and respond with such genuine warmth was incredibly touching.

I actually had tears in my eyes after the call.

It reminded me that good customer service isn't only about getting the job done. Sometimes it's about the person on the other end of the phone making you feel heard, respected and valued.

Thank you, Sima Mva, for your professionalism, your kindness and especially for your beautiful words. You probably thought it was just a small compliment, but you made a much bigger difference than you realise.

People remember how you make them feel — and I will definitely remember this conversation. ❤️
