Excellent service

I was the victim of an armed ******* at my home whereby my car and several household items (TVs etc) were ******. The day after reporting the incident to OUTsurance a rental car was delivered to my home for use whilst my claim was being assessed. An assessor visited me a couple of days later, and in less than a week my bank account was credited with the insured value of the car, and a couple of days later arrangements had been made for me to acquire replacements for all the ****** household goods.<br> The whole process was handled professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly fashion. I am very impressed. <br>
