Excellent Service

I needed a service provider to repair my gate motor. After obtaining the services of a supplier, Justin called back to check if they had been able to assist? When I advised that they would only be able to do it much later, he then made contact with another provider, and they were able to assist within an hour. This was my first interaction with the Outsurance Help@Out facility, and I am greatly impressed. Justin Burts was a great example of excellent customer service.
