Excellent service

I spoke to more than 10 consultant trying to get policy confirmation document with no luck I also spoke to a manager Hendrick Tshabalala he told me document will be sent in two minutes unfortunately that was two days. When on the third day spoke to Thato Mbhelu she assisted me nicely and sent me the document while still holding the line so Thato thank you keep the good work of actively listening what the client is asking for and delivering the right service
