Excellent service

I contacted Outsurance yesterday to inquire about whether my policy covered accidental damage to my television. I was assisted by Slindile Zwane who made the whole process seamless. She submitted my claim and on the same day followed up with me advising that the claim had been approved. This was client service at its best.
