Excellent service

This is the 3rd time i have had to use Outsurance and again was not dissapointed. My daughter had a car accident and eventually after not being able to find the other parties details claimed from Outsurance. They eventually through their legal department helped me find the other person involved and went on to claim my excess back for me. After nearly 2 years Celia Scheepers phoned me today to inform me they had recovered it and to confirm my details. She was extremely pleasant and helpful,an excellent example of what a company would expect of their staff. I must add that at no time after my claims were my subscriptions increased.<br> Thanks Outsurance and Celia for your excellent attitude
