Excellent service

What a fantastic experience I had with Zernobie of Outsurance! I call the centre on Tuesday for a quote on a new vehicle I intend to purchase. She was extremely patient and did everything to get met the cheapest option with the best benefits. <br> I did not know when I would buy the car so I request if it was possible to phone me back on Thursday. She said she would but we all know how that goes when someone says they'll call you back. And guess what, she did phone me on Thursday morning 08h10 sharp. I was impressed. I could not talk to her at the time and she promised to phone me back at 12h00. And indeed she did.<br> I was beyond impressed. She assisted me with all my requirements that suited my needs. I am a happy customer and again love Outsurance even more than I did when I joined 13 years ago and that because of Zernobie. Just shows you what good customer service can do. I highly recommend that you give that girl a raise!!<br>
