I recently incurred a loss at my home. Some jewellery, of sentimental value was ******. I subsequently lodged a claim with Outsurance and Mr Allen Pillay was assigned as the assessor. Allen is truly a remarkable individual who clearly understood what I was going through. He processed my claim with the utmost efficiency and despite me being a hinderance by not providing him with the required documentation, Allen managed to get me a settlement. Although the settlement does not make up for the memories we have lost, I really appreciate Allen for assisting me and my family.
