Excellent Service

i would just like to say thank you to Outsurance for the excellent service i received from them on my first claim yesterday. i had an accident on sunday night and reported it to Outsurance on Tuesday morning, i spoke to William who's first question was are you ok, which makes you feel much better, he explained everything to me and made an appointment with the assessor. while i was with Simphiwe my assessor he advised me my claim was approved. THANK YOU OUTSURANCE FOR EXCELLENT AND QUICK SERVICE.<br> <br> Another example of good service my collegue was insured by Outsurance and she had an accident and when she called Outsurance they advised she had only taken out third party cover. she then explained to them that she didnt know that. they then paid her out for the damages on her car and the third party. great service
