EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

My car broke down, luckily it was still on my property. I phoned OutSurance to help me tow the car to a repair centre. They were very helpful and I received a confirmation sms of which tow-in company has been dispatched and how long they take to get to me. They phoned at the estimated time of arrival of the tow truck to make sure they are her. I told them the tow truck is not here yet, but that phoned me to say they are about 5 minutes away from me. Surely enough the tow truck arrived and the guys were really friendly, professional and helpful. Then OutSurance phoned again to make sure that the tow truck had arrived and that the car is being taken care of. <br> My car was on its way to a repair centre within 45 minutes of me calling OutSurance! <br> This type of excellent service is why I will never move to another company!! Thanks OutSurance! You mad a difficult day far easier! :-) I always tell everybody how extremely satisfied I am with your excellent, friendly, professional and fast service! KEEP IT UP!! :-)
