Excellent Service

I would like to commend Naomi Bogopa from the claims department on her exceptional service.

I submitted a claim and a smaller fridge was delivered I explained my situation to her and she assisted me on a human level and not with business jargon, she sorted out my claim within a day.

If our service in SA was close to the service Naomi provided to me, the world for consumers would be a much better place.
