Slipped and fell onto the cellphone in my back pocket Phone bent, screen and body cracked Reported the incident and within about three hours the courier collected the broken cellphone Three working days later the phone has been repaired and is out for delivery by the courier company I expected at least a week without my cellphone..... Definitely impressive service!
