My Geyser was not heating the water and when I called Donald Young he immediately informed that I was covered and how everything would work. Such professionalism and kind helpful call. He offered to get someone to call me back as I had to go through another department. <br> At the rescue department Faaghir Hendricks helped me and was just as kind and helpful was told that someone would be at my house within 45 minutes and he called me back to check that the contractor had arrived.<br> What a pleasure doing business with such professional people. They really made me feel at easy and the huge problem that I had was not that huge after outsurance helped.<br> Thank you very much Donald and Faaghir.
