Excellent service

My brand new vehicle of only 24hrs old was rear ended by another. I had joined OUTsurance only the day before taking delivery of the vehicle and now I had to claim. From the start I was treated with respect and understanding regarding my accident. The employees from OUTsurance were very efficient and my claim was handled within a couple of days. As a matter of fact OUTsurance were so efficient that the claim was handled and the vehicle was repair all before the dealer where I bought the vehicle could do the registration. My access that I had to pay was recovered by the legal department within a month period and payed back to me in full. I am extremely happy with how I was treated and how the matter was taken care of.
