Excellent service

I was about to cancel my insurance with Outsurance. But the time and effort Rolene Jacobs has put in to ensure I have all the knowledge of what I am insurced for and not with the other insurer. She really understood my profile needs and ensured I am covered as needed. She was always friendly, willing to listen and gave me correct advise. Thanks Roelene! You have been a great help. Although I will pay more a month, I have rest at heart that I am covered no matter what. Regards Jennie
