I would like to commend your Consultant Tapiwa Mhlanga for the excellent service he provided today. I called for a rerate and after a few security questions and information given, Tapiwa told me my new rate. I was so happy and on top of it, I will receive a prorata refund. And addition to this amazing news , I also had a call from Zanele, OUTBONUS department that I will receive an OUTBONUS in November! How awesome is that???<br> OUTSURANCE YOU ROCK!!!
