Excellent service

On the evening of the 20th March my car broke down and on the highway and I needed it to be towed home. I was going to do it myself but then I thought of Outsurance. I was superimpressed with Nontembeko's professionalism and awesome assistance. She kept me posted most of the time until the Five Star Tow truck arrived. The gentleman of the tow truck was equally super efficient. Due to the 21st March being a holiday, there was nothing I could do. On the 22nd March I was faced with the dilemma of how I will get my car to the dealer. I decided to phone Outsurance again and explained my dilemma. Spoke to Wesley who was equally super efficient. Wesley reverted back to me saying that the Five Star Towing service was busy with another incident and would get to me within 1 to 1 and a half hour. I am confident that even though I am writing this review before the truck arrives, they will be here or Wesley will keep me posted if there is a delay.
