Excellent Service

Outsurance is a client of mine. When you visit them they place your cellphone number into their system upon arrival (clever). They are so jacked up that as I left their building last week (after a client visit), as I was driving out of the premises a call centre agent called Chris Mngomezuluv called myself. How quick is that? Chris was friendly, fun, humorous and he knew how to sell without making it seem like he was selling. He immediately had my attention on the call and I didn't want to hang up (listen to the call). I said to him that it is such a pleasure to receive a call from someone who actually knows what he is talking about and who makes the call enjoyable. Apart from the friendliness, that fact that Outsurance offer you some of your life policy back after 15 years was a HUGE plus for myself. That is unheard of. I think the concept is fantastic and when coupled with a lively and knowledgeable call center agent, it's a winning formula. I'm sure I will be taking the policy. I am just drawing a comparison against my Liberty policy and I will revert this week. But the amount per month was less for the same cover and the perk is the pay out. Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He knew the product and he is now not pushing me but giving me time to compare. Probably because he knows there is no comparison and I'd be crazy not to take this policy! I even started to offer referrals as I was so impressed and I told all my colleagues about Outsurance! Well done Chris....
