Excellent service

I queried why my insurance premium was higher than my husbands' for the exact same car and was put through to an amazing lady. Zinhle Nzima was professional and approachable and put me at ease immediately. After a few minutes of discussion my premium was lowered and I was so impressed with her attitude I was even able to have a good chuckle with her......Awesome experience!
