Samantha Bryant of OutSurance called me back immediately following an online query. She was very efficient, fast and answered all my questions. Then still bettered my existing insurance quote. After receiving what I thought was poor service from my now-prior insurance brokers, I've moved to OutSurance. Let's hope its service keeps on being this good!
