Excellent service

I had to insure my vehicle and requested a quote from Outsurance via its website. I was telephoned almost instantaneously by Ovesh Pather. Mr Pather was helpful, efficient, informative and respectfully friendly. Unlike other insurance brokers I have dealt with I never felt pressured to take the insurance and Mr Pather was quite happy to email me documents to consider in my own time. On top of that, he was easily contactable for all of my queries and concerns afterwards. I'm not sure if there is cheaper insurance out there, but I was so impressed by the service I received that I did not bother looking further. I hope that if the time comes that I have to lodge a claim that the standard Mr Pather has set will be upheld.
