Excellent Service
PET INSURANCE: I had the pleasure of working with Neli during my last pet claim for a surgery my dog had to get. Neli was so friendly and kept me up to date on every stage of the claim. The payment of my claim was made within 2 days of submitting all required documents! Excellent service! Unfortunately, my excess amount is being moved up excessively (>35%) now, so I am not sure if I will be staying with Outsurance.
