Excellent service

After receiving notification from Outsurance regarding my new rerate premium I called Outsurance to query the increase as I had never claimed etc.After not having joy with 3 consultants I was assisted by 2 senior consultants, Lindi and Gert Visser who really took their time and tried to get me the best available premium rerate and advised me on the details of the specific clauses in the contract. I was really impressed on how they went out of their way and took their time to explain the specific conditions and how the rerate is determined etc. Thank you Lindi and Gert Visser
