Excellent Service

I got back from holiday on Saturday to find my geyser leaking after turning on the water mains. The wife immediately called Outsurance. I was amazed when the plumber, was at my gate in less that 15 minutes. The friendly efficient guy had a quick look and replaced the vacuum valve and even my leaking flixi hose in the bathroom. R150.00 for parts and normality was restored in less the 20 minutes. <br> <br> This never happens to me and therefore I was pleasantly surprised. I expected the problem to only be resolved after a few days, having dealt with my bank on similar issues in the past. <br> <br> Thank you outsurance and thank you Avril, I forget the plumber's name....<br> <br> Derrick Sagadevan
