I filled in the online form to be contacted by one of the Outsurance agents. <br> I received a call from a very polite, well spoken lady, Siphe Gwazela. She helped me update my details with Outsurance and sent an email detailing the changes made to my policy. <br> She is an excellent customer care representative. She was smiling through the telephone. Her energy and passion for her job was tangible. Great attitude.
