Excellent service

Just recently had 2 problems. 1st one was at 2am. geyser was leaking. I was awake and couldn't sleep so I did the claim. Someone called me back within 5 minutes to check that I was OK and didn't need help immediately. Geyser was sorted out by 9am the next day. 2nd was an accident claim. Cannot believe how well it was all handled and they communicated with me continually along the line. Sorted out with in a day and now waiting for the parts from the repairing garage. Thanks so much.
